Through her family-oriented approach, she has built a thriving community of plant lovers. Biren Sahoo, Founder of Plant Parents, is a visionary entrepreneur dedicated to promoting sustainable, organic plant care. With an MBA from Pune University and over 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Biren combines business acumen with environmental passion. Plant Parents is his mission to reconnect people with nature, making eco-friendly gardening accessible to all while building a community of conscious plant lovers committed to a greener future.

With 20+ years in HR and Organizational Development, Sachin believes strong foundations create lasting success. This inspired Plant Parents.

Director at multiple companies and a farmer at heart, Sandeep lived in two worlds — the corporate boardroom and the fields. Plant Parent, to him, was about building trust and dignity for farmers, while bringing real greens into people’s lives.

Eshwar brings generational farming wisdom from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar to Plant Parents. As Director at Crop Share Techno Pvt. Ltd., he blends traditional agricultural knowledge with innovation.
